Dr. Roy Watson

 

 

Dr Watson graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1994 and completed his training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Adelaide and Gloucester, UK, gaining FRANZCOG and FRCOG.

He has worked in private practice for over 20 years and is now Clinical Director of Gynaecology at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (TQEH and RAH). He has held several positions within RANZCOG, including State Chairman and was vice-president from 2006 to 2008.

Dr Watson consults in all areas of general gynaecology with particular interests in abnormal uterine bleeding, disorders of the lower genital tract and vulva, and cervical pre-malignancy. He is a member of the Australian and American Societies for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and is a RANZCOG certified coploscopist.

He has operating lists at Western Hospital.
